Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. You can stop using the service at any time; your plan simply ends on its expiry date.

Refunds

If a payment was made by mistake, charged twice, or the plan could not be activated because of a problem on our side, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the amount to the original payment method after verification. Partly used plan periods are otherwise not refunded.

License keys

A license key that has not been redeemed can be returned through the team member who issued it. Redeemed keys cannot be refunded or transferred.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
