This platform is a business-management and billing technology tool. It does not replace advice or statutory certification from a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, advocate, tax authority or other qualified professional.
User responsibilities
The business/user is responsible for the correctness and lawfulness of information entered or published through the platform, including business identity, GST registration, GSTIN, HSN/SAC, tax rates, place of supply, invoices, books, returns, licences, customer/supplier data, products/services and Digital Store content. The user must review statutory applicability such as e-Invoice, e-Way Bill and filing obligations with their professional adviser where necessary.
Software responsibility
The platform will use reasonable technical controls to calculate, store, back up and present data according to configured rules. The operator is responsible for maintaining the software and security controls within the scope of the service, but cannot guarantee that user-entered data, tax classifications or third-party services are correct or continuously available.
Subscription plans and renewal
Paid plans are Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Yearly. Prices are shown before GST, and GST is added at the prevailing rate. The app is paid software and there is no free trial: after registration the account stays pending until a plan is activated. A plan starts only when an online payment (Razorpay) has been verified by our server, when a bank/UPI payment has been confirmed by our team, when a valid one-time coupon or license key is redeemed, or when an admin activates it. A failed or cancelled payment does not activate the plan, and your registration details are kept so you can pay again. Renewing before expiry adds the new period after the current end date. Reminder emails are sent before a plan ends. After expiry the app is locked until renewal; your data is kept and is not deleted.
Data retention after expiry and data export
Business data is not deleted when a plan expires. While a plan is inactive, the complete data export and paid features are paused, and they resume on renewal. The complete Excel export of business data is available to the owner only while a plan is active, so please download it before your plan ends if you want a copy. Data is retained for as long as the law requires and as set out in the Privacy Notice. An owner may request closure and deletion of the account through the Privacy Center, subject to legal record-keeping duties.
Backup and restore
Automatic backups are an additional recovery safeguard and not a substitute for the user's own record-retention obligations. Restore operations can replace business data; therefore owner authentication, verification and a pre-restore backup are required.
Third-party services
Payment gateways, GST/IRP/GSP services, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web Push, hosting and other external services may have their own terms, availability and regulatory requirements.
Limitation and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect, consequential or business losses should be limited as set out in the commercial agreement. Users are responsible for losses arising from unlawful use, incorrect data, tax classifications, filings or content they provide. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, duties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Personal and business data should be collected only for documented purposes, protected through access controls and retention rules, and handled according to applicable Indian data-protection law. Sensitive KYC files must be kept private and access-controlled.
Electronic acknowledgement
A typed name, checkbox, OTP and drawn acknowledgement signature may be stored as evidence that the user accepted the applicable version of these terms. A drawn canvas signature is not represented as a statutory Digital Signature Certificate or government eSign unless a compliant e-sign provider is separately integrated.
